When you use specific services to make purchases, submit requests, or participate in marketing activities or surveys, the company may request information for contact and transactions and collect and store such information.

● In order to respond to your requests or inquiries submitted to the company's customer service center, the company may ask you to provide necessary information for identification, investigation of related incidents, or problem resolution, such as your contact information including your phone number or email account, and detailed descriptions of the issues encountered.
● If you choose to participate in surveys or marketing activities, the company may ask you to provide relevant information, such as your name, address, phone number, email account, gender, and date of birth, to verify your identity, enable your participation in prize draws, and deliver the prizes you have won.

When you use the service, the company will collect the personal profile data you have set up and information related to your friend relationships.

Personal profile data includes (but is not limited to) personal pictures/cover photos, display name, status messages, user ID (referred to as "Member ID"), and birthday information, phone number, and email that you set or disclose for contacting other users. Personal profile data (excluding information set as "private") will be disclosed and provided to other users and third parties, such as companies, stores, agents, and distributors operating official accounts.
4.b. Personal information collected for the purpose of using the service
4.b.i. Usage of the service
The company automatically collects relevant information about your usage of the service, including the time and manner in which you use the service, such as the date and time you activate individual services provided by the company, the duration of your use of individual services, and the content and advertisements you browse or click on.
4.b.ii. Location information
When you complete any game at an NBA BOX store location, NBA BOX will obtain your game records and store location information. To provide you with better customer service, this information will be disclosed and provided to other users and third parties, such as companies, stores, agents, and distributors operating NBA BOX.
4.b.iii. Application (Apps), browser, device, and network information
The company collects relevant information about the device, browser, and applications (Apps) you use (advertising identifiers used for device/browser identification, cookie identifiers, device type, operating system, language/time zone settings, browser type, application (Apps) version, etc.), as well as network information (telecommunications carrier name, IP address, etc.).
The company may also link the collected advertising identifiers with internal identifiers.

By linking those login records and related URL information with your NBA BOX account, the company collects relevant URL information when you visit websites with such plugin features through a browser when logging into the NBA BOX App. The company will use this data to understand how you use the service and to perform maintenance, improvement, security, prevention of unauthorized use, impersonation, or abuse of the service. After logging out of the NBA BOX App, the aforementioned information will be used in an unidentifiable form, solely for ensuring security and preventing unauthorized use, impersonation, or abuse.
In addition, in specific countries or regions, the company may collect the following personal data when partners use the service:
● Records of your visits to related websites through a browser (including visit dates and times, URLs), and other related information.
For example, if the company's partners use the company's tracking service to display advertisements to users who have visited specific web pages on their websites individually within the service, the company will collect visit records from those partner websites and use that information to optimize ad delivery within the service. To execute the aforementioned ad delivery optimization, the company may use cookies and link your visit records with advertising identifiers or internal identifiers. Using information obtained by our company from partners (such as internal identifiers, advertising identifiers, your identifiers, device information including operating systems, and IP addresses), to measure the effectiveness of advertising placements; or
Linking or combining the information obtained by our company from partners (such as internal identifiers, advertising identifiers, your identifiers, hashed phone numbers, email addresses, attribute/characteristic information, and activity records including shopping and browsing history) with the personal data we hold about you (such as internal identifiers, advertising identifiers, hashed phone numbers, email addresses, attribute/characteristic information, and records of your ad views) to provide statistical data to our company partners.
